If you are a student at an institution that uses the Momentum^TM software this is not a good place from which to request help.  Instead, you should contact the research pool coordinator at your institution.  To do that, you should first connect to your department's website at http://experimetrix.com/universityname  Be sure to substitute the appropriate abbreviation of your university for "universityname".  Most pages of your site will have a "contact the webmaster" link that you can select to ask for help.
